be able to evaluate and transfer knowledge and technology for a
better management practice and development of aquaculture and
implement a better use of hydrological resources..

research programs that would increase the quality of university
research, and that way increase productivity, better financial
management, and increase the standard of living of the all
communities involved in aquaculture fisheries.
